If Pendula cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment or other circumstances, a full refund will be provided to all affected participants.

8. Disclaimers

Pendula's programmes are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in any programme session, printed material, or communication from Pendula constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

Pendula does not make any representation about the outcomes of attending a programme. The educational value of participation will vary between individuals and depends on engagement with the reading materials and discussion format.

Reading materials are drawn from publicly available sources. Pendula does not verify or endorse the accuracy of third-party source materials beyond their status as published public documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Pendula's total liability to any participant arising from or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant.

Pendula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in a programme, including any financial decisions made by a participant following attendance.

Pendula will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where that failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, civil disruption, public health restrictions, or government orders.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pendula, its staff, and facilitators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or from any act or omission during your participation in a programme.

11. Termination

A participant may withdraw from a programme at any time by giving written notice to Pendula. Refunds in such circumstances are subject to the cancellation terms set out in Section 7.

Pendula may terminate a participant's enrolment without refund if the participant breaches the conduct requirements set out in Section 5.

Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms and Conditions survive termination of any enrolment agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to informal negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the Singapore Mediation Centre or, failing resolution, to the courts of Singapore.

13. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, together with the participant enrolment form, constitute the entire agreement between Pendula and the participant in relation to a programme enrolment.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Pendula's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Pendula may not assign its obligations under these terms without the participant's consent. Participants may not assign their programme place to another individual.

14. Changes to These Terms

Pendula may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Enrolments completed before the effective date of any revision are governed by the terms in force at the time of enrolment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
